* and sport

The most common Erasmus plus activities are youth exchanges, training courses, ESC, many more.

The programmes are co-financed by European commission.

Youth exchange is an activity where young people from different countries can meet up and learn about a specific topic for short a period of time. They allow groups of young people from different countries to meet, live together and work on shared projects. On a youth exchange, you can expect to participate in activities such as workshops, exercises, debates, role-plays, outdoor activities and more. They last from 5 to 21 days and everyone who is over 13 and under 30 can be a participant. Team leaders have to be over 18. Applications must be made by an organisation or a group of young people who in turn select who will participate in the exchange.

How to have a successful youth exchange (tips and tricks)-

1. playing name games

2. do the funniest energizers

3. make the best food for the intercultural evening, do some traditional dance and listen to some traditional music

4. be active in sessions, share your opinions, respect others and work on the topic

5. make friends and enjoy free time

6. BORA BORA (the rule-when you come to a group of people speaking in their native language and you say “bora bora” they need to speak in English)
